It is difficult to be healthy at home when you can only be at home. My diet hasn’t changed much, but my exercise has. I usually have a medium breakfast, a light lunch, and a medium or heavy dinner. Being home has allowed me to have more time to exercise even though I can’t go out very much. I have been playing lots of Beat Saber, which is a vr dance game, and taking extensive walks to pass the time. The walks that I take are usually 2-3 hours and I usually walk the entirety of the neighborhood in the
process.
I wake up on a school day and eat breakfast around 8:45. Then I do my schoolwork until about 1:00 and eat lunch. I finish my school day around 3:00 and then go for my walk. I walk until 5 or 6 and then come home for dinner. Around 7 I go play Smash Bros at my friends house. However, he plays inside and I play outside on local wireless. If he can’t play that night, I go back home and play Beat Saber after I eat. I go to bed around 11 and then get 8 or 9 hours of sleep.
